About the artist
Rita Dias da Silva was born in Lisbon in 1999. Currently she is attending the Master of Sculpture at FBAUL, after graduating in Sculpture. She specialized in Ceramics at António Arroio. She has a scholarship for Research and Artistic Creation from LUZLINAR Association and works at Casa de Semente – Prisma Cultural Association. She is the artist of the project Assembleia Geradora, one of the winners of Bairros Saudáveis. She teaches sculpture workshops and has participated in several curatorships, projects and exhibitions. She works mainly in sculpture, with various materials. Photography and video are also essential means in the development of this work. In this exhibition she presents a piece that answers in her perspective as an artist to the theme Lost Privacy.
